The Global Assembly is an international coalition of partners, working together to develop the the first ever global citizens assembly. Everyone involved in delivering the Global Assembly has signed up to our shared values.

Nothing like the Global Assembly has happened before - we know we won't get everything right first time and we welcome feedback.

Are you submitting feedback or making a complaint?
Please note, you do not have to submit your name and email, but you must do so if you wish to make a formal complaint, or want to receive a response. Unless you have opted-in to the Global Assembly mailing list, we will only contact you in relation to this submission. Our Privacy Policy describes how we protect and handle your data.

How will we handle complaints?


1. We aim to acknowledge complaints within three working days.


2. Complaints will be referred to our Central Circle Lead, who will aim to respond in writing within 30 days from the date of acknowledgement.


3. If a complaint cannot be satisfactorily resolved with our Central Circle, we will work with you to find the appropriate independent body to refer your complaint to.


All complaints will be documented, recorded and archived for a period of at least five years, including all associated internal and external communications and review processes.
