    3. Multiple registrations for the same Community Assembly are not permitted.

  4. SELECTION OF WINNER
    1. Selection of Winners. On or about 17/11/2021 UTC (the "Draw Date”), the Administrator will select the potential Draw winners ("Potential Winners"). The Administrator's database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Draws. The Potential Winners will be selected by the following Draw process:

    2. The Administrator will allocate grants proportional to the population of each of the geographical regions defined by the UN, and conduct a random draw from all eligible entries to identify winners in each region. To ensure the greatest possible global distribution, once a country is selected it will be excluded from subsequent draws. If there are fewer entrants than the allocated number of prizes in any UN region, the remaining available grants will be proportionally distributed between the other regions.

    3. Potential Winners will be notified by email on or about the Draw Date, using the email address provided through registration, and will be conditionally awarded the Draw Prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms and conditions of these Rules.

    4. If a Potential Winner does not respond within 72 hours after the first notification attempt, an alternate Potential Winner may be selected.

    5. The notification will include instructions for how to contact the Administrator to provide information that may be required to complete validation of eligibility and delivery of prize.

    6. No liability is assumed for any notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason.

  5. ODDS AND CONDITIONS OF WINNING
    1. Odds of winning the Draw Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Draw Entry Period.

    2. The Potential Winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability and/or Publicity Release in the form(s) provided by Administrator (where permitted by law) (collectively, the "Declaration") by the date specified by Administrator, or such Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected.

    3. In the event: (a) Potential Winner cannot be reached within 72 hours of initial notification from Administrator, or for any reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted, or the Potential Winner notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable; (b) Potential Winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason; (c) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (d) Potential Winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Draw or receive the prize, (e) Potential Winner cannot or does not comply with these Rules, or (f) Potential Winner fails to fulfil the Prize-related obligations in Administrator's reasonable discretion, the Potential Winner shall be disqualified from the Draw and an alternate Potential Winner may be randomly selected, at Administrator's sole discretion, from among the other eligible entries.

    4. Administrator reserves the right to modify the notification and Declaration of Eligibility procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate Potential Winner, if any. A Potential Winner will be declared the Draw Winner when all of the conditions described above are fulfilled to the satisfaction of the Administrator.
